Registration Fee

  • The registration fee is USD20, which includes one student and one parent.
  • The registration fee includes all access to a two-day event for one parent and student.
  • If a parent does not accompany a student, the registration fee remains the same, which is USD20.

Packages Details

  • The accommodation is at The Bellezza Hotel | Suites
  • The package price includes three days and two nights of stay, including breakfast on the 22nd and 23rd of February, lunch on the 21st of February, and dinner on the 21st of February only.
  • Lunch and dinner on the 22nd & 23rd of February will be at the participant’s expense.
    If participants want to check out on the 24th of February, an additional USD100 per pax will be charged.
  • The package prices for USD300, USD500, and USD800 do not include access to the two-day event.
  • The family package price includes three pax. The third person will need to pay extra for the YEX summit since the registration fee of USD20 only covers one student and one parent.
  • An additional USD200 per pax will be charged for the additional pax for the three-night family room and a two-day stay.
  • The price for the YEX2025 Summit, including the parent’s conference and child and youth workshop, is a one-time payment for all access to the two-day event. Payment can be made during the event at the venue in cash or with a registration fee and package price.
  • The child and youth workshop is open to non-YEX participants only.
    The contestant mentoring is exclusively for those who do not make it to the Grand Final only, and this session is complimentary.
  • The price for the shared room and single occupancy is per pax. The family price includes three pax.
  • Participants who do not take the complete package and wish to arrange their own transportation and accommodation are advised to choose accommodation near the venue to ensure a smooth process during the event.
  • The company experience is inclusive for the participants who take the complete package only.
